    Do you offer meditations?
    I don’t personally teach meditation, but as a Beans Club subscriber, you’ll also have access to thousands of other creators — many of whom share beautiful meditations and so much more.
    I’m a beginner, will I be able to do your classes?
    Yes! My classes inside the Beans Club are designed with all levels in mind. While there may be some challenging moments, my goal is to guide you in a way that feels clear and supportive, offering different options for different bodies. Ive also created a beginner program that helps you to dive into the basic shapes and alignment within physical yoga movements.
    Do I need to purchase equipment to participate?
    Short answer is no! I have a lot of programs, flows, and exercises that require no extra props. However we do use a yoga block or yoga strap occationally — if I do use props in a session, I'll always let you know in the description and intro of the class. Though props aren't something I use too often, they are always welcomed & encouraged.
    Can I do your yoga flows and workouts at home?
    Yes, all you need is floor space (and maybe a yoga mat). Everything on my app can be done in the comfort of your own home.

    I'm Ness, and this is my story

    I discovered yoga online in August 2017 and it’s been part of my life every day since. I started at home for a year before my first public class, then became a certified teacher to dive deeper into this magical practice. Since then, I’ve continued learning, with a passion for intuitive movement, creative sequencing, and playing upside down. My teaching is playful + realistic, aiming to guide and support YOUR personal practice. I keep classes clear, easy to follow, and welcoming— encouraging you to take up space, move with strength, and feel good doing it… from anywhere!
